Hey everybody!
Been a long time since I posted anything on DA because I have been too busy with school, well now that my schedule and classes seem to be a bit less hectic and more flexible it’s time for both art attackage and…a contest!
and I take science together and therefore one day we randomly came up with the idea to host a periodic table contest.Periodic contest
What for?
*For the fun of it
*Get a chance at showing off your mad skills artistically that we all know you have
Rules:
*You must take 5 or so elements from the periodic table of elements and create characters based on the elements that you have chosen. You have to have researched the elements, their properties and what not, and design characters (human/animal/anthro) based on these characteristics. Please include a list of the elements that you have chosen and their general properties (colour, liquid/solid/gas, texture, etc.)
*You can use any media you wish
*Take your time, no sloppy entries will be accepted
*Be original and creative
*YOU MUST: submit entries (send the link by note) to both me and mayumeuchiha
Deadline: February 8th 2008 to April 30th 2008
Prize:
1st place:
FIRST PLACE: A collaboration by both myself and mayumeuchiha
SECOND PLACE: Line art by either mayumeuchiha or myself (you get to choose~)
THIRD PLACE: Line art by the remaining artist (either me or mayumeuchiha)
Judging: Will be done by both me and mayumeuchiha
